I like the sleep cycle stuff, but I can't predict the exact time I fall asleep. I usually read for a while, then lie there trying to sleep.

i made the cup out of a cloth napkin during dinner today. I thought i was clever, til the tea that it held burned through my pants......

It's basically a weird crown for your head with the cups glued on.

 

 

 

P.S The main bit is made from the bits that I needed to cut to make it cubular!
