Bone Crossbow and Bone Bolts vs. Runite Crossbow and Bronze Bolts, which one wins? :-s

 

 

 

i'd think that bone crossbow would hit higher and would be a bit faster, but rune crossbow would be slower and more accurate?

Bone Crossbow - Although I heard it was nerfed as to be more slow.

bone crossbows eat their wheaties, their well worth the 2k. rune crossbows are only good for training if you use mith or higher bolts.

Bone crossbow + bone bolts are extremely cheap, yet very efficient; crystal bow pays for itself in some cases, as in having it on the lowest recharge and ranging monsters with good drops. Plus, some people like to show off their crystal bow. :P

It has been indeed slowed to a normal crossbow speed. Now they're not that great.

The only reason they were good was their speed and price. Now it's just the price.

 

 

 

Another thing to note is the poor ranged attack bonus the bone crossbow gives compared to the rune crossbow and magic shortbow. I personally prefer Crystal or Knives however.
