Is that what comes up as soon as you try to open the page, because sometimes there are problems with the java applets that can be tweeked on the bottom of the detail screen.

This laptop is wrecked up, and i mean it's out of serveal functions. Only thing that stops virus attacks is mozilla, so going on explorer is not a option :wall:

If you got any recommendation how i can fix virus attacks, let me know. But belive me i got enough programs on comp already and it ain't working much... (Please don't recommend unless your experienced, i really have tried alot programs)

But ima run a scan now...

P.S: Hard thing is uploading the programs, i get error often....but after few times of choosing em they upload eventually. But Anti programs are rather slow.

Is like you can't access something with HTTP protocol.. other websites works ? it can be blocked somewhere, on router or on else thing

Suggestion: You can use Anchor on Waterfiends - is cheap if to compare to GS & effective with crush attack & it hit like Whip.

At the moment im scanning computer, i am gonna go on explorer and see if it works there. If not ill be sure to check router. Ty :XD:

Try this on command line:

tracert http://www.runescape.com

Then look or you rearch this addres and if not look which adress is last, then possible then you get blocked at that place;

Then you can try telnet to http://www.runescape.com 80

just type in commandline:

telnet http://www.runescape.com 80

And look or it will connect then you can write something like:

get ./

then 2 times press enter, if you connected, then they write something then page not found with some html stuff but it mean then telnet are able to connect then maybye problem is then some software deny to connecto to website only internet explorer..

Then you can check or you have not set proxy in Internet explorer internet settings, if you will find then use proxy then write down somewhere current proxy settings and disable proxy and then check again or you can access..

if you got virus you can try to scan with this one http://www.free-av.com is free for personal use (i use this one) this antivirus very good fight again troyan viruses..

Restart your web browser, try a different browser, restart your computer, run a scan try closing unwanted applications in proccesses when you press alt+ctrl+del.

These are all standard things to try.

Have you recently updated your computer in any way? I suspect the problem is there somewhere - not being a tech savvy though.

I have experienced white screen a few times, and when I have I have uninstalled my Java and installed it all over (the newest version). Then I have uninstalled the runescape client and reinstalled that too, and after that everything pretty much clears up.

On my old comp (win 98) this happened a few times after a windows update - so thats why I asked if you had any recent updates done. Someone told me it had to do with the Java, but alas, I cant remember who.

Heres the link to the Sun Java download: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Heres the link to the runescape client: (I suggest you use the client instead of your browser when playing on runescape). [Ah! I fogot we dont allow downloadable links! Go to http://www.runescape.com and download it from there. You find it in the left menu under "Downloads and Wallpapers"]
