I am going to profile the stories of 100, and maybe even more (or less, it depends on where I get) Runescapers. A big project indeed, but I feel that it's something worth while. Just to get to know other people.

 

 

 

For the first three weeks of the project, you will see a spotlight released individually. After that, I will post as many as I have that week until you have "met" the 100 extraordinary players.

 

 

 

EDIT: The third spotlight with be released next Wednesday.

 

 

 

I do need people to interview though! If you want to be included in the 100, PM me and give me a description of why you think you should be included. If I find you interesting, I will PM you for more details, and hopefully I can interview you. I am looking for people who think they have made a difference, even if its in just one person's gaming experience. Maybe they have some amazing accomplishments, and maybe they've stuck through the game for a long time and have gained certain levels of fame. Possibly they have set or broken some kind of record, but whatever the reason, let me know!

I'd like to nominate a person named Libum1 on RS community.

 

 

 

He is very popular on RS and is also one of the few maxed out tanks. He was a huge fan of staking and pking and even though they were nerfed dramatically he has still remained to play RS. He has 99 defence, hp, prayer, magic, ranged, constuction, herblore, crafting and cooking, and is close to 99 farming, fletching and firemaking and is also working his way to 99 smithing.

 

 

 

He has his own clan chat where many conspire each day discussing things etc and has a lot of fans. So yeah I'm nominating him to be on the list.

Maybe getting people to PM you would get more applications because most of the top 100 players are modest and don't really wanna post on a thread saying how they think they are the best.

Before I forget, any players who post wishing to be included in the 100 should get back to my PM as quickly as possible.

And I thought about the idea of having a interview the applicant needed to fill out. However, now I want this to get more personal so that each individual shows off something different by not only answering different questions, but just talking about the thing that makes them extraordinary.

My thread has been moved into questionnaires like I kind of feared. At least my thread wont be bumped down as quickly as it would be in the general forum, but I really don't see how this is a questionnaire.

 

 

 

Any way, it just occurred to me that if I were to release 1 spotlight a week like I said I would, it would take 2 years to complete the 100! So now, for the first three spotlights, they will be released individually, over three weeks. After that I will release as many as I have that week.

I just released the first spotlight. Check it out in the main post. Remember that a persons number in the list of 100 is not a rank of any kind, it just means that I interviewed them earlier.
