Revenants stink!!!

Hello

 

 

 

I saved up a lot of money in my first month ever as member. I bought dragon boots, obby shield, dragon weps, armor, etc. I was not aware that revenants roamed the wilderness because I thought that all fear of death was gone. I was wrong....

 

 

 

That day, I went on my regular dragon hunting trip thinking there was no threat to my existence in wildy. Suddenly, I got attacked ( I had about 35 hp out of 72) and pj-ed by a revenant ork. At first I went to attack it, and it started healing. Then it froze me and hit two deadly mage attacks-- hit a 22 and 13-- and killed me.

 

 

 

I lost dragon boots, ring of wealth, and glory ammy.

 

 

 

 

 

Any similar comments or stories?

Idk how you die to these things... I walk around in f2p and am still able to live.... even after getting hit a 30,29 in a row by one.

Use a tree to hide. Gosh, you people, how can you be so dumb?

They can freeze artificial, cant run and hide behind a tree when your a noob with low hp and def and you get frozen and hit 2 or 3 big numbers.

 

Your own fault for not reading any of the many warnings provided to you.

I admit it was a mistake on my part, but also I did not know about the revenants (a noob move i admit). I thank you for your time to view this. I am able to kill them with d scimmy but better with range when I can hit much higher.

I died b/c I didnt know about the revenants. It was nooby and now I learned from my mistake. BTW now i got new d boots and full zammy w00t.

I was in F2P testing the strength of the new revenants once. I was wearing rune armor with magic protection prayer on, but the revenant will just hit you with range. No matter how much armor you have on, they'll hit high. Running is better than hiding.

I know it sucks to lose things from getting killed. If you would read the updates closley stuff like this wouldnt happen. If you go in the wild and get killed, its your fault.. At least revs are better then getting skulled my green drag pkers and losing everything.

 

 

 

I've recently died at gwd and lost about 1m plus a rune def and unholy book( which are recoverable). but then i made it back in an hour at barrows. Pretty much everyone here has been killed/died and lost something.

And when they first hit you, you have to eat, reducing your profit (you will last waaaaaaaaaay shorter)

Just two days ago me and my two buds went to lvl 50 wildy to get revenant knights. I used range pot and prayer with diamond bolts e, and I hit like 28s on them. I used like 5 monkfish on one but then we got bored lol.

Jagex puts warning on some of the most non-dangerous things (Desert) and people have been saying the wild is safe now. Easy mistake to make imo.
