Futurama
because today i finished compulsary education! however, most are going into school tomorrow for the leaver's assembly...then later that day comes the school prom 8) It's been an emotional day for a lot of people, had about 3 girls crying on my shoulder, haha. Most of us took it light-heartedly though, life goes on. We've been signing yearbooks all day, and half of our year got sent home because for some reason we wern't allowed to sign shirts. We did anyway, but hey. Most people changed shirts with kids who we knew in lower years because they have tops instead of blazers like us, so we got away with  Hey, this topic might be locked, but i'm just so damned happy. Starting exam leave tomorrow, got an exam every 3 days or so - if you don't count the exams, we have 14 weeks of summer holidays.
Phil
Heh Nice! I remember on my last day at school there was big water/flour fights. We also were allowed to get our shirts signed, mines in the cupboard at my parents' place. 8) So any idea on what you're gonna do after the exams? Start work? Further education? Just laze about the place? Btw good luck in your exams
How2PK
oh my, I remember the last day at school, total mayhem, lol. Everybody was doing burns in the school with their scooters, threw pies, flower bags, water balloons, grabed our super soakers and filled them with Cola and shot at the teachers, threw toilet paper trough the entire school, oh my, what a day. :P We never did any shirt signing or something though, I've never heard of that. But congrats mr. and don't do any things I woudln't do at the school prom! :P Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore! Bubsa
Ah the joy of the GCSE holidays :P Best summer of my life last year. But trust me you want to go back into 6th form. Even if you do no work (like me) it's such a laugh. This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you.
Futurama
Hah, i've officially been screwed over by my prom date. She told me a couple of hours ago that basically, we can't come in her car any more. We was going in a bentley, but she told me that she only told her parents that me and two friends were coming in her car, and then i learn that the car's actually full up with her family. As soon as i started stressing at her, i got "It's not her fault, leave her alone!" How is it not her fault? She told her parents just over 24 hours before the prom starts, leaving me transportless. A friend managed to fit us into her limo, for ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã20 each - ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã20 i shouldn't have to be spending. I went to dance classes with my prom date. I put up with her boyfriend permenantly hating me even knowing her. I put up with all the times she wouldn't shut the hell up when i wanted her too, and now she gives me this. I've officially just dumped my prom date. I'd really rather go with a friend (who yes, is another guy) and have a good time than go with someone who messes you around like that. Screw her altogether. Women

Women  Harsh, but you sound happy with your decision. btw, proms rule, I've had 3 (yr 11, 12 and 13. 13 one was 2 saturdays ago). So much fun. I never bothered with a limo, I got my mates to drive. Put pink ribbons on the bonnet and everything, looked so cool. Anyway, definately stay on for further education. Even if you don't get the grades or anything it is such a laugh. One of my friends stayed on just for the experience and free food, then didn't turn up for his exams. Hey, he's a farmer, what did you expect? ;) I finish year 13 week tomorrow, year 12s finish tomorrow, and our year 11s finished today. The exam's arn't too bad, (GCSEs are fairly easy, there's just a lot of them), and this year I only have 7. Plus,I have almost a month of study leave before my first exam, so I should have a nice summer. Week Friday will be brilliant though. We all come back to school in the evening, the school pays for everything (including alchohol), then we're going out afterwards. And as it's the last time we'll most people, people will 'risk' more, if you know what I mean (I won't compromise my principles, don't worry. I can see some of the other Christian's here thinking 'hypocrite'). Anyway, have fun at the prom. And talk to your date when you get there, you never know ;) Goals to get my skills back up to a barely respectable level on the high scores: Currently going for Bone to Peaches spell. It's amazing how boring doing the same repetitive task is! Stupid MTA

Phil
First off congrats. secondly what compulsary education?  sry i have never heard that term before Compulsary education is where you are forced to go to school. Like in the law for here, you are not allowed to leave school until you are 16 years old. Anything before that age is compulsary education. He now has the choice of furthering his education by going to college/uni or to leave and start work.

1_man_army
I had my last day of high school on Thursday its such a great feeling to know that after my exams Ill never need to go back there again :D . Lageris89
Yup, I left school on Thursday too. It was supposed to be Friday but they let told us 15 mins before the end of the day that we were leaving on that day, so we couldn't bring any stuff in on Friday for pranks haha. I'm so happy I left, I hated school. Almost everyone was crying and I was just cheering and laughing haha. Exams start on the 18th and finish on June 22nd. I'm dreading English Lit :(
