Ok since i obtained Iban's staff for start i have few questions:

Iban's Staff:

1.Do I get broken Iban's staff when it runs out of charges?

2.When can I hit 25 on ibans staff (i tried and best i could do was 22) ,anyway i didnt want to bother,so i came here to ask

3.What do I need to bring to second well where i droped unicorn horn in order to recharge my staff?

Slayer's Staff :

1.What is max hit for this staff/spell?

2.Can I use it against players?

What kind of runescape activity is each of these staffs best at? (most popular use) and which of these 2 staffs is generally better (if its not hard to say)

I don't think it costs anything to recharge it.

The 200k is only if you actually lose your staff.

If you happen to lose your staff, you can kill the Zamorak disciples in front of Iban's Temple to get a broken Iban staff. Take this to the Dark Wizard right outside the Underground Pass and he will repair it for 200k and you will now have a brand new Iban's Staff. It is worth noting that casting this spell on players takes up 2 charges, whereas casting it on normal monsters only takes 1.

You hit a max hit with the staff when you're at the best of your magical ability, just like any other spell.

Slayer staff is best at barrows, and hits fairly high, 19 and 20s Iv hit at 83 magic. Iban staff is a joke, its 200k repair bill makes it SO unworth it. Slayer staff is a good, low cost spell that hits higher then blast spells and is cheaper, so, anything you would want to mage for profit, slayer staff is your best option.

Ibans staff dose not break when its charges are depleted and it is free to re charge (aside from being inconvenient). It is worse than slayers in regard that it is limated to 120 casts (60 on players) making it useless for training. It dose hit higher than slayer staff can though makign it more usefull when you need serious firepower without using a god spell (the only spells in the normal magic arsenal that can beat ibans staff, and do more damage than any other spell even in ancients).

You can hit 25 before 60 magic (I dont rember when I hit my first 25, but I think it was at 57-59 magic). I dont know details of slayer since I have never used that staff and spell
