The auto talkers in world 1

We all know, and some uses it. The auto talker,speaker,spammer, call it what you will. My 2 cents are that Jagex should make an own, legal, auto talker, maybe i'm lazy, but either that or they start banning people for autotalking.

So if you just said "selling cabbages 2gp ea - obnox6", you could just type the command ("/r" in example) and you would repeat it with near to zero effort. (with a minimum interval of... say... 5 seconds to avoid spamming)

yeah, it was something like that i had in mind, but also two things. An opption so you can see what only the traders see, liek a Public chat called trader, and that button,maybe that has repeat on.

Auto talking is considered legal...only not when it's misused to spam the chat window.

I don't know, I assume all those messages displayed at once would be hard to read, harder than the way they appear now. Imagine all the messages at once on world 2-there would be a solid sea of yellow :)

I report everyone that is OBVIOUSLY auto talking. It is annoying to see myself typing something, where someone else is using a bot to type something 3 times longer, 5 times faster.

The only one facing a ban then is you. Only report them if they spam up the window.

all auto programs are illegal, as Jagex has clearly said. I always report ever auto typer user for macroing and I encourage others around me to do the same. Its really unfair that I have to speed type to sell my items just because I dont have the knowledge to make my own program.

The rules are very clear about using any 3rd party programs to help you get an edge in the game, and it's my opinion that autotypers do that just as much as other auto programs. I have brought this issue up to all the other mods and I plan on continuing this march towards allowing none in the game. Until then, they are legal.
