ok there's a few:

Black and steel dragons drop charms in lots of 3, i always get tons of greens killing black dragons.

Another option is killing bloodvelds, they drop a green charm most deaths.

Most slayer monsters do drop green charms pretty often, bar some.

Jellies are good.

catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

I'm not sure why you'd hunt for greens. Their familiars are as expensive as crimsons, with a small fraction of the experience. But I suggest basilisks. They're great combat exp, drop a lot of natures, and greens on, like, 75% of kills.

because the green charms have the most helpful familiars for training anything besides combat

But you get so many when hunting for other charms, whyever would you hunt for greens alone? Unless you have every green charm familiar you'd need, and never want to get another summoning level, you should hunt for crimsons, and accept the many greens you get then.

Buy pouches you want to use, make pouches for XP.

For example I wanted some Beavers for woodcutting so I bought 10 of them rather than waste a green which could have been used for a Bunyip.
