June 20, 200818 yr When I do Fairy Tales Part 2, i notice i don't have the herblore and farming requirements for it, and i've heard that you only need to reach a certain point in the quest to use the fairy rings, is it possible for me to start the quest, and to reach the spot where you get to use the fairy rings?
