Which is how you find out which one "wins" the "battle of the console wars", how else do you work it out? Some people rather Brawl over Halo. I know how to use words like Troll, other people dont, which is why I am often called a troll. Tbh you're the one pretty much spamming up this thread flaming me for no reason.

 

 

 

And yes, gas affect your own team,

 

and so does Artillery. Who cares if its unrealistic to make your team walk through artillery without the effects?

 

Oh, and your own team blocking stairways and entrances to rooms is stupid. You should be able to walk through teammates.

You havent noticed you havent deconstructed anything? You've just battled facts with opinions and thought you have 'won' which, neither of us can do because we're both arrogant people.

 

 

 

And actually, I dont think its MP40 whoring that screws the game, I think its Box ammo whoring.

I don't even care anymore. I enjoy my Wii but it always comes second place to my PS3. Lets just leave it there. Though cod4 does own WaW so hard and I cannot agree to a truce on that.

 

 

 

I think silencer is better than box ammo anyway tbh. Though I do resent guys with Type 100s and box ammo spraying at me when I hit them with a bolt action, but they dont go down.

I beg to differ, I much more prefer WaW, it's not just a matter of spray and pray with all the guns, except for the sniper rifles, which are mostly semi auto. I prefer having a larger selection of semi auto and BA weaponry, plus I am not sick of WW2 battles (I rather enjoyed playing CoD3, but I didn't get to play it often, plus I went to play CoD4 recently and everyone is just there with auto weapons and semi auto snipers, whereas in WaW I get alot of people using BA weapons and semi auto rifles, I find them better than just getting an auto weapon and spraying near the person to get a kill, I get more satisfaction lining up the shot and watching them drop, I don't fuss too much on getting OMG HIGH KILLZ!!!!11!!!!!111one!1oneone!!!!1!!

There is definately more spray and pray in WaW. I agree theres a nice selection of guns, but most are the same as each other apart from the looks. In cod4 every gun is individual in stats as well as appearence.

Both games are seemingly run by SMG'ers (either that or cod4 doesnt rely on SMG's like every other cod game), and from what I see, 1 sniper out of every 8 people other than myself on maps that people dont think of sniping on suck.

Wow, you guys must be getting some nooby opponents, most people I play with use M1, Gewher, double barrel shotgun, PTRS, Kar, Mosin, STG, and PPSh. I find people using the Mosin to be rather annoying when I snipe, they don't use sights and they still manage to own me before I get line them up using a scoped springfield. on Dome I just stick with the double barrel, even when I see people MP40 whoring they're saying hello to 2 shots of instakill :D

Am only at 41 1st prestige, only changes I would make is springfield for PTRS, gewher for the carbine, MG42 for the browning. HMGs are great for mounting in a window and raining hell until someone switches to sniper, I get knifed or get shot because I didn't notice them.

I can't put my favored weapons in order, so here's what I like in the categories:

 

 

 

Bolt action rifle: PTRS w/Stopping Power (or camouflage if on Hardcore)

 

Rifle: M1 Garand w/scope or grenades

 

SMG: STG-44 w/silencer

 

Machine gun: PPSh-41

 

 

 

I don't use shotguns anymore, but double barreled with Sleight of Hand is the only possible way I'd use one.

 

 

 

P.S. Artillery doesn't affect your own team on Core... Or were guys talking Hardcore?

Thompson is my 4th most used but I'm at 750 kills with it, which is 1100+ kills behind my 3rd most used gun, the PPSh-41.
