Then again I havent attempted sniping on Hardcore with it. I wonder if it's good.

 

I know the fact that it .. "fires fast" doesnt mean it stays in aim. It kinda recoils.

M1 Garand is decent but personally i'd rather use the Gewher43. Higher capacity and easier sights. Balance is so poor anyway though.

Just got the sniper scope on the M1 Garand, and it is the best sniper rifle in Hardcore. :thumbup:

Edit: Hardcore "War" mode is where M1 Garand grenades are the sex.

:wall: I got Collateral Damage again last night before I had unlocked the challenge, 5 times and counting

I do it all the time, just have to get used to it and know how far ahead you shoot

 

 

 

havnt botherd sniping this prestige much... stg with tele sight lets me see far enough in most cases, and alot easier to kill em with it

Sniping someone whilst they're running should be easy as long as you lead the target a little before you fire.

It's harder than you think when I use 3 different sniper rifles depending on the situation/map. Adding the Garand would make it brutally hard.

Why use 3 different ones when they're all the same apart from the Garand and PTRS? There are differences in sights and reload times but you might as well pick one and become profficient with it.

In other news... Does internet connection affect your sniping? If you have a slower connection, can you miss the guy running? Would it lag and you would still see him running and he's already out of screen?

Yes connection does effect sniping, ever wonder why you shoot someone that seems to be standing still and a hit doesnt register? It is because they have moved slightly but your laggy connection hasn't caught up yet so you miss what seems to be a stationary target. It is even harder when they are running if you have a laggy connection, as they are more than likely going to be alot further away by the time you shoot even if your crosshairs are on them.

Ah, sorry ray. It was intended as a joke, I should've put a smilie or something after it, I wasn't being deadly serious. I still don't get what you mean about getting it from a program though. :P

 

 

 

Have they fixed all the glitches in Zombie mode yet? I know the ones where you can get underneath the grenades and stuff has gone but I went into a game about a week ago and people were using a tactic where you stand behind the double tap dispenser and channel the zombies into one pathway. I'm not sure if you'd consider it a glitch, although I've seen people get on top of the machine. :|
