That would be kinda hard, because some players would probably have multiple 99s. So it would be either you'd have to look at the thousands of hiscores, or have an incorrect number.

Without some sort of automated script set download the list and remove duplicate entries, that is pretty much an impossibility with the number of players who have a 99.

well all of those but fm dont have very many people with 99 so they will raise quickly.
