July 7, 200818 yr Anyone seen it yet? I just got back from a vacation and hadn't had the chance yet, but I've heard it's great. It's already #20 (probably will fall a bit) on the IMDB 250. On rottentomaotoes it has a 96%. Pixar movies are usually incredible, but this movie seems like it might take even another step up. Anyone seen it yet and have any comments?
July 7, 200818 yr It's a really cute movie. The visuals are stunning, the plotline is fascinating, actually, and it makes you feel really nice overall. :)
July 7, 200818 yr First time in quite a while that I look forward to seeing an animation movie. Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore!
July 7, 200818 yr I enjoyed Kung Fu Panda more. The first part of the film was beautiful. The second half with the humans ruined it for me. Girls I were with loved it though :: Guess the Movie Contest Champion: pfilc23 ::
July 7, 200818 yr I saw Wall-E. GREAT animation graphics. Earth's garbage looked very real and detailed. Nice storyline. I hated though how wall-e looked all real and everything, and then they go to the spaceship which also looks real except for the giant cartoon blobby mass people. I also didn't like the lack of conversation, and Wall-e wasn't as cute as I thought he would be.
July 7, 200818 yr My girlfriend wants me to go see it with her. So far, I hear that it is cute. I guess that is why she wants to see it with me so much. :P |Signature by Jason321|
July 7, 200818 yr I also didn't like the lack of conversation. That was one of the whole points of the movie. The lack of conversation to get the point across.
July 7, 200818 yr Yes, it was awesome. Won't say anything so I don't spoil it, but there was a lot in there that kids and even young adults won't get. Not talking about jokes either, I'm talking about socio-economic commentary.
July 7, 200818 yr That's actually the thing that annoyed me in the second half. The movie got too preachy for me. :: Guess the Movie Contest Champion: pfilc23 ::
