Hidhaeg
What should I do now? I want to earn money - but XP too. I want to give it a while of learning where things are, before I take on any quests (I don't want to risk getting lost). Here are my stats: [hide=][/hide] What do you think I should do? I'm really overcome by this. It's just.. everything is so big - and I'm constantly lost and I don't know what member skills are good, and which are bad. >_<

buba44
you should get your agility lvl up
Bad911
I would just get all your member's skills to 20, then continue on with what you liked. Although, agility, is probably the most usefull right off the bat and it'll save you a lot of walking in the long run. (no pun intended) I also think prayer is the "next important", i have always used prayer, whether in quests, to fend off monsters, it is critical for membership survival. noobs r us
i agree with bad, as that is my plan and i'm still waiting for my membership just have some fun, go wherever u want to go (stay safe though) and enjoy the first month. Although i strongly recommend getting agility up as it can help you a lot when your training or making money in f2p. If you don't already know the run energy recharge part works in f2p also. Look in the tip it guides if your confused shame on all you people who call others noobs
IeatWindex
Definetly get agility and 43 prayer. Id say 30 agility and youd be fine. Do these quests: Priest in Peril Lost City Death plateau And other quest that unlock areas and such. Most are easy.

D Jay99
They're located here. Priest in Peril unlocks the Mort Myre swamp and other cities, Lost City unlocks d long / dds, death platea unlocks a route to the God Wars Dungeon.
bigmad
Also complete skill starting quests. Druidic ritual for herblore and Wolf whistle for summoning. They both start in Taverly.
IeatWindex
Lost City is vital. Beat it, and get a dds (Dragon dagger p++) and if you can afford a Dragon Long. DDS is about 30k, and Dragon Long is roughly 100k. The dds has a great spec, but D long is good training.
Video_Tycoon
You can easily start thieving by going to edgeville, there is a room with 7-10 level 2 men. You can pickpocket these guys for small amounts of cash and a fair bit of xp.
zaybex
I think when I was new to P2P I just pickpocketed and killed Man(s). Herb drops were :o Stick to the F2P world, learn the new skills and new options there and then move on. Try canoes, Achievement Diaries, the Varrock Museum, and of course quests. First skill to 70... Is there any way I can get around the map quicker? A lot of these places are very far away - and I can only teleport around the F2P area. EDIT: Few more questions. Is Slayer worthwhile? How about construction? Can I earn a profit by buying iron and coal, smelting steel bars, then smithing into cannonballs? I'm aware I have to do a quest first for that. Slayer is great, it give you a variety of monsters to kill and it trains your combat while you train slayer. As for construction, i think it can be worthwile if you dont go overboard, i have 6 teleport portals, a glory amulet and an alter in my house a 1 teeport to my house gives me options to a lot of other teleports. Yea you can make money that way, you can even buy steel bars and still make a profit off the cannonballs. Goodluck =D>
