I am lv1 in all position. my stats: attack 94 str 93 def 99 hp 98 range 94 magic 99 Should just start on getting the points? or should i lv the heal...attack...etc first? any opinion is appreciated thanks
Lacoste
It will take longer if you level all your points first, but once you reach max, it will be a hella lot faster to get the torso. Just save your points and get the torso, if you enjoyed the process, continue to master each role.
eazy187
healer is easiest u can try tht first then coll attack and defender u can choose those in any order
green9090
If you think healer is the easiest role, you're doing it wrong. Join "DG Sweepers" Clan Chat for Dungeoneering Floors | Accepting all tipiters who are Willing to Learn |

Star_Fox
don't waste time leveling up roles if your aiming to get the torso. two level 3 healers, one collector, one defender, and one attack should organize a good team.
craven_range
Do collector fist, easiest, and you get a feel for the calling etc Then try attacker, its pretty easy Then either defender or healer. Both are hardest, especially in later rounds : Once you get a good rhythm for defending, its actually very easy.
Inuashakent
I regret getting my torso, it is an utter waste of time. [Summoning guide (AOW)] [Slayer guide] [Melee & Brawl player]
DarkX99
I'd suggest getting lvl 2 in roles that you hate. (Healer is definitely a must to lvl.) Nobody wants a weak healer in the later waves. It'll kill ya. Defender is always frustrating so you can have your teamates shoot the remaining runners you can't get. All the other roles are pretty simple and straightforward. My last piece of advice is to find a team that knows what to do and won't desert. That's how I got my torso. : 99 WC - 12/20/08! =D99 Defence - 6/19/09! 44,012 to reach it! Aiming for 2000 Total Lvl! samcowcow
thank you guys. why is torso a waste of time :ohnoes:
cat666
Torso is pretty much junk for high level players. The strength bonus isn't all that compared to the lacking defense bonuses so people stick to Barrows or Bandos if they are rich and still want the strength bonus. As for roles: Collecter is easiest. Just make sure you collect, don't fire the cannon, destroy eggs if need be, just collect. The more you collect, the more points you get. Attacker is next easist. Use a scimmy and learn the rythm of horn changes. Turn auto retaliate off and stop fighting a few seconds before the change. Defender is a piece of cake once you know how to do it. Start from the pool and run to the east cannon dropping food as you go (you can drop and run). You only lose points for runners escaped so drop all you like. This line is your defense. Now overbait the trap, don't matter what you stick on it as long as you have variety. Now grab logs and hammer and run back to dispenser. Repeat above but this time you may need to repair trap. Get more bait and repeat defensive wall/trap. I can easily have no runners escaped on all waves. This also bags your team mates extra points and you'll be in hgih demand. Healer is the hardest as to be succesfull in the latter waves you really need more than level 1. Most times you have to heal others and leave the healers until the end. Trust the Gene Genie! green9090
why is torso a waste of time :ohnoes: It's not as long as you use it at the appropriate time. Just make sure you know when it's time to swap it out for a barrows plate. There are still plenty of things you'll fight where getting hurt just simply isn't an issue. Of course, eventually you'll be able to afford Bandos, and THEN your torso will be useless. But you'll probably get plenty of use out of it by them. n00bfiterpk6
ive had 5 torsos... lol but yea.. ive never bothered lvling my things till my 5th one. for lower lvls lvling roles may be a good hting to be accpeted into teams, but with ur stats every team will want you. Unless your planning on getting like 3 torsos cuase u r good at alching, dieing with ect like me then lvl ur roles, otherwise just dont bother.
