Besides Ice Trolls are there any trolls I can kill to obtain charms?

Im pretty sure mountain trolls do.

mountains drop a few golds but not much eles ( i think )

Mountain trolls do, though rarely and badly. I don't know of any others.

Waterfiends. Although they arent trolls. And slayer.

 

 

 

If you dont understand, dont kill trolls if your going for charms.

But I think he allready has them as an assignment and wants to know wether any of them are decent to do exactly as you proposed, Kent: mixing the 2 skills.

 

 

 

O/T. I think the mountain trolls drop them as said, but bad. Stick with ice trolls for charms, but I think mountain trolls are faster.

When I used chaeldar and got troll tasks, I killed mountain trolls with 0 charms. The big trolls level 120 or something drop some though.

Troll generals, lvl 113, drop charms almost half the time. I got about 50 or 60 golds, and maybe 3 to 5 each of the other three colors, on each of my last two troll tasks.

Ya to the waterfiends guy, look at my slayer level before making a sarcastic comment, although it was kinda funny. And if I was to do Troll generals would I have to pray?

 

 

 

Btw-I don't have these as a task, I just saw a screeny of someone getting a charm drop from a regular troll and didn't know where it was.

That "50-60 golds" was a little bit of a brain fart. I should have said 40 or 50 golds, and 50 or 60 charms total.

 

 

 

I was ranging them, and trying to avoid getting hit as much as possible. I still got hit for 37 a couple times though, so I wouldn't recommend meleeing them without prayer.

I'd tryed the bestiary Vlad, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. I guess I'll keep killen the trolls in the stronghold when I get troll tasks.

Well I used to kill Ice Troll Runts for my slayer tasks, mostly because I always ended up with a granite or rune shield or two. Dont think I got many charms from them - although i'm not sure i have had that many troll tasks since summoning was released.

 

 

 

But from what I know - for charms stick to the mountain trolls and the troll generals.
