September 15, 200916 yr HALP!! In case you've forgotten my scenario, I like a girl, who was going out with Best Friend A. Then she broke up with A, dated a random jerk, then broke up with him, then dated B for a short time, then broke up with him, then dated C, who is probably my bestest friend ever. She just asked me if she should break up with him. I definitely want her to, but would I seem like a jerk if I said yes? SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO. PS she likes me and I can tell so, factor that in or w/e. Sounds like the class bike. Keep away from girls like that if you're looking for a long term relationship; from my experience they always have self-esteem issues. Like I said before in this thread you never date a friends ex, unless you're prepared to lose that friend in which case he wasn't really that much a friend in the first place. A friend to all is a friend to none.
September 15, 200916 yr Well I asked, and she said no :( Turns out she had come out of a long relationship blah blah blah. Hasn't found anyone attractive blah blah blah. Yeah well, What now... xD Should I wait till she is ready for another relationship :o? Don't tell me to move on and all that crap. Luck be a Lady

September 15, 200916 yr Well you've only left us with the choice to tell you to wait til she's ready... You knew what you wanted. Though I suggest you move on for the time being, who knows how long it'll be before she is ready? Denizen of Darkness| PSN= sworddude198

September 15, 200916 yr Okay, I've been talking to this girl for a few days, and we've seemed to really hit it off. We like a lot of the same things, and she seems really nice. I'm thinking of inviting her to watch a movie at my place this weekend, but there's a problem. I have trouble moving my right arm and leg due to being stabbed in the head three years ago this october. It's not noticeable at all, and I can walk and even run, but I have trouble using my right arm. The question is should I tell her before asking her out, or should I wait to tell her? Or should I do something completely different? I'm paranoid about people treating me like I'm some kind of a freak because of my impairment. She seems to like the "normal" me, but will she like the actual me? I'm starting to wonder if women will reject me just because of that...

September 15, 200916 yr It shouldn't really bother her... And if it does, well.. She's not the type of person you want. Denizen of Darkness| PSN= sworddude198

September 15, 200916 yr I'd say start up a conversation asking things about her... A little into it say something like "Have you got any lasting injuries?" then tell her when she replies.. I suck at conversation, but it's better than just randomly saying "Oh, I can't move my right arm and leg without great difficulty due to being stabbed in the head 3 years ago." I'm terribly unconfident in myself... :/ For all you know she has the same problem! You don't have to out right come clean to her. It isn't really her buisness, you aren't even really going out yet. If you want her to tell you something, just tell her that and she'll be bound to open up because I can tell that you don't like telling people. Save that kind of stuff for later. You don't even need to talk about it really. It may bring itself up, who knows? It's an interesting story though, I've never heard one quite like it. Maybe you can share with her, but the first date is hardly the time. Quote Quote Anyone who likes tacos is incapable of logic. Anyone who likes logic is incapable of tacos. September 15, 200916 yr Sounds good enough. Just make sure it seems natural, and not sudden. Denizen of Darkness| PSN= sworddude198

September 15, 200916 yr Meh, maybe I should wait until I know her better. I should tell her when it feels right. Now that I think about it, telling her this suddenly does seem kind of... unnatural.

Ah sorry, I assumed you had known her for awhile. Anyway yeah, get to know her a bit better first. And Rocco, post something helpful to his situation, or don't post at all. Sword gets the claws out, rawr. #-o Anyway, Mister, Sword really knows what hes talking about most of the time. A good idea is to actually get to know her more before you let out a secret. Alot of people judge a book by its cover. If they dont know you they might find it reaaally weird, but if they get to know you they'll look past it and really not care. I dont need a siggy no moar.
September 15, 200916 yr Actually no-one has said that in response to him. He asked how he tells her about an injury that he has, and when the right time to tell her is. That cannot be answered with a simple "Ask her out". Your advice would have been useless to the situation at hand even if it wasn't in a picture. Denizen of Darkness| PSN= sworddude198
September 15, 200916 yr Heh, I found the courage wolf to be funny, regardless if it was relevant to the topic or not. Thanks guys for your advice. I'll just go with the flow and see what happens.
September 15, 200916 yr No actually, it still shows little understand of his problem. He has not asked if he should ask her out or not. Rather, he has asked how he should tell her about his injury. Denizen of Darkness| PSN= sworddude198
