venomai
Not a bad start, but the shading needs wrinkles and folds in it so we can tell that its a shirt. Also, you'll need a lot more shadows than what you've currently got on the shirt, looks too blocky.

Quer_Skulll
Altkill - the high lights are off, remember what im about to tell you. -High lights will never appear upon the side of the line-art unless the light source is in some angle behind it between the 160 degrees and 200 degrees. -The strength of the high-lights are caused by the severeness of the lightsource and the distance of the lightsource. no try to make the blist more like a single color (as in yellow blue or perhaps white) and shading a bit from there and make it light! As for shapes, could you try shading a ball, try single colored at first and shading perhaps from there. and if your really looking to improved and you get good enough at shading that ball THEN try a multi-tone ball. you might think.. "a ball? what the hell? what use could that bring??" well ill tell you the sphere (ball) is the basic shape for all shapes we find and not only the human body but many more objects. with knowledge of this and lightsources you could master shading. Venomai- More shades isnt actually necesarry to prevent the blockyness (ill make an example of that later) Ausseh - try making the shades fit the shape. and the tree outside looks like some random wrinkles. try putting some leafy shape into it (its very intimidating to try..) more depth in the water im talking pure white tones here. WELL HERE YOU GOT IT! venomai
Dule, your linework is a little off, and so is the shading. I'd recommend checking out some pixeling guides for both, right now the shading looks too pillow/gradient, and the lines are too thick and messy. KnightLite, you've also got a similar problem on yours. Everything looks like linear gradient shading - which is wrong! And the brown river-like thing stops at the door frame, and doesn't continue to the right for some reason. The grass is a little solid, try to vary it a bit. You won't need a lot of different colours for this, but at least 2-3, all which are notably different. Nice colours though, its cheerful.
