Range Training

Featured Replies

I want to get my range to 80 for Sara Gwd. I should have 70 Agility by Monday, but ym range level sin't high enough. Don't say 80 still sin't high enough. I have void range too. I have three options:

- Power Train with Bronze Knives at yaks.

- Train at avainsies and make some cash.

- Train through slayer and range during ranging possible tasks, gaining 80 slowly.

So much for chinning...

Why don't you just do all of those, when you get bored of one go to the other.

Don't forget you can range blue dragons in taverly dungeon with the pipe. Probably better than aviansies.

Come to #tip-it on Swift IRC, if you're cool

Yeah, I had all my chins, but every time I went I had to end my trip right away because Mom gave me a mystery box and it took over my inventory because I couldn't open it >_<

Okay, I'll try all of those!

Slayer is probably the best way in my opinion.

You train Range, Hitpoints and Slayer. Also almost every assignment the monster will drop charms, which is a great help.

i'd suggest avs. good profit and decent xp. you can do that for some cash, then knife yaks for faster xp.

this is gonna take a while....

okay, i've been at yaks all day and they're incredibly fast exp. if you don't mind the language barrier, the german servers aren't packed at all.

Don't say 80 still sin't high enough.

I won't say it sin't high enough, but it REALLY isn't high enough. I can't advocate going and dragging a team down with only 80 ranged, you'll basically be wasting bolts. Most teams want 90+, several want 95+, with good reason.

I would have to agree with what Green said.

But besides the point, I would probably aviansie it with mithril bolts/zammy book, mostly you could smith the bars for smithing exp if your 70+ or sell the bars for profit. You roughly get 1:1 ratio I believe with a row. You also get a reasonable amount of alchables (rune daggers and runeite limbs).

The exp isn't overly bad either as it's unlikely you will run out of aviansies to kill.

Too lazy to have a cool sig. So I therefore spam you with boring stat sigs

Well out of several aviansie trips. I used to get about 0.9 addy bars to :1 aviansie kill without row. With row, I usually got about 1.2 to 1 aviansie kill. I would usually get about 300-350 aviansie kills a trip and with row I would get 360-420 ish bars. Without would be about 260-320. I usually get about 150k on alchables.

P.S: You can get dry streaks as well. I gone 34 kills without an addy bar note drop before.

I used a RoW and had almost 100 kills and only like 50 bars... Next trip I brought archer ring and i left with about 400 kills and 340 bars
