Now there are no Summoning Obelisks that allow you to make pouches at, In Edgeville.

The fastest method is to use a Spirit Kyatt to teleport right south west of an obelisk. If you don't have a Kyatt, try teleporting to tavelry via house/baloon.

There's one in that nature-grotto-altar place also
