August 6, 200817 yr White Knights!! I SWEAR they drop some of the most useful stuff! Runes, steel/iron items (that you can alch if you bring a fire staff, you aren't losing money because you're getting nats for free from the drops), great gp and you can kill them pretty quickly. Plus there's always 3-4 around you in the second floor! Trust me, I always train here being f2p and I'm level 93. :)

You already have Full Rune, or are you going to train Magic and Range? My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.

August 6, 200817 yr Stronghold of Security, Levels 1 & 2. Minotaurs, Flesh Crawlers, Giant Spiders etc.. Maybe not the best drops but good exp wise - you could also try cockroach soldiers aswell. 2257AD.TUMBLR.COM

Different people like to use different places, so no one is right or wrong in this situation. On Topic: I would recommended these monsters for different Combat styles. o Warrior: Flesh Crawlers or Minotaurs in the Stronghold. You can use Giant Spider once you are level 70. o Magic/Range: Using Safe Spots, Moss Giants on Crandor Island, Lesser Demons in Karmarja Volcano and White Knights in Falador. My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.
