  1. Ice Giants and Warriors! There's a safespot down there and the drops are pretty good. Just be sure to have enough food and if you have the Explorer's Ring (3), might as well teleport out when you're full so you can bank at Draynor and come back quickly!
  2. Mining gold on P2P is EXTREMELY profitable because of those awesome gloves. Level 60+ seems to be a reasonable range that you can mine it pretty efficiently. Don't smith it into bars, the ore is what's worth more. As far as places, the Crafting Guild seems to be fine or the Grand Tree. Experiment with every spot and see what works best for you!
  3. Well you'll move the orbs more efficiently. It definitely doesn't improve your Runecrafting level. The robes ONLY affect your in-game skills. Yeah, it sucks in my opinion that the robes only work for the game, but eh, those altar tablets are might useful and you can buy a lot with the tokens you get!
  4. Yeah agreed. Stick with slayer as you will get drops, you're training extra skills and you'll enjoy it more. :D
  5. Isn't PC still a decent/cheap/crazy way to train combat? Might as well PC your way, as it is quite fast.
  6. Hey dude, PM me about this whenever you can. I created a short mini-guide that could help you.
  7. Yeah I was VERY surprised that there wasn't a specific world for this mini-game as it is hard to find f2p RCers with 50+. I did realize that the trade worlds work nicely. Or World 16 that works too. :)
  8. It looks like it'll be Lumbridge. I'm kinda scared now seeing as anybody can kill me easily, so it looks like I'll be avoiding those worlds! :ohnoes:
  9. ^ Exactly my response. Great way to relax and just play a free game that costs no money to play. Also I do enjoy doing some skills as shown in my sig, but I'm in no rush to get 99s as real life ALWAYS calls me. :wall:
  10. If you craft your own nats, then you won't lose much at all. I'd go with green d'hide bodies or magic shortbows!
  11. ^ Rofl! I do hate the stereotype, for me, Runescape has ALWAYS been a game I can just escape to and relax when I want a break from doing a research paper on my laptop or working on music theory homework. Everyone has their own reasons to play and people need to lay off the whole "oh you don't have a life" crap. It's ridiculous. More and more people are getting into gaming, so I do agree that the stereotype is going away. Thank heavens...
  12. Haha shout and quack? So random, I love it! Very cute. : I should post a new pic soon, when I get my camera working.
  13. It IS about time Runecrafting gets more exposure because it's such a useful skill and many people don't bother to train it. I'm glad they'll have a reason TO train it, seeing as the game is fun, win or lose! I would like to see Jagex make it more balanced for sure, but other than that, it's all good! Just seems a bit hard for me to get orbs to the middle. >.< My positioning sucks during the game, thank goodness I have good teammates to get my back! I'm a bit disappointed about the clothing sets, being 1k tokens EACH. That's a bit ridiculous. I do like the double rc exp when you craft the runes during the game though, that's neat! Overall, Jagex can improve the game a bit, so we'll see. So get leveling people! I need more F2Pers to play with! :D
  14. I believe they degrade because it is...ancient armour? You expect extremely old armour to NOT be fragile and easily damaged? It's all in the lore, I believe. So we just gotta deal with it. And like someone said already, get your smithing up so you can lessen the cost of repairing it!
  15. ^ Not going to happen. They WANT you to get members for newer items that are cool. F2P is getting a lot, and I agree with some of the posts about how Jagex is trying to market P2P. They're basically saying that you'll get a lot more upgrades to these F2P add-ons if you become P2P, because being a member does enhance the F2P updates. I'm still gonna stick with F2P though.
  16. Although I prefer Pearl Jam, Nirvana was extremely influential with what was to come with other bands. I for one don't listen to Nirvana, but you can't really deny the impact they made on the music world. The same goes with metalheads, sure they LOVE their Judas Priest or Megadeth or Opeth, but they can't deny the fact that the Beatles (certainly not metal) made a HUGE mark on the music world and shaped what was to come.
  17. Oh, alright. Well in that case, you could go RSC style and kill the 4 guards north of Edgeville bank. :) I just love doing that, brings back memories.... *daydreams*
  18. Because she's freakin gorgeous and CAN pose like that. :) Lookin' good dear, and don't worry I wasn't paying attention to the background that looks like a gas station! :P
  19. I totally agree, pures ARE dead. And this is pretty dumb. Just accept the quest rewards and go on with your life. I also don't find the need for secondary accounts. Just focus on your one main account.
  20. ROFL I totally agree. He won't play the whole season, at least I don't think so. The Jets aren't going anywhere this year, and I don't think Favre can "lead" them. He's too overdramatic. And yes, thank GOODNESS this whole thing is over, I really hated turning on Sportscenter and seeing his name EVERYWHERE. Now they can finally focus on the Olympics and other sports news that matter!!
  21. Go to draynor.net. Or google "runescape signatures" and a few sites will appear on the front. I'd say mine pure ess, that is a great money maker for sure. Plus I believe the price is going up for it? So go for it!!
  22. Being in a community or clan helps cure the boredom/lack of motivation towards goals. There's always events going on within groups or friends going together to do some minigames. In any case, if you are getting bored of playing, definitely take a break. Might as well go out and do other things, then return to Runescape when you're back at home feeling refreshed/relaxed.
  23. Have you ever looked at his stats and realize he's f2p? Stick with the mining in any case. Then again, why not do both and make even more money! No harm in working on both skills. Might as well level them!!
  24. Why does everyone forget White Knights!?? Don't you people know that they drop some good stuff?!? Seriously! Look at what they drop, decent runes, steel items you can alch, gp and bones! Fleshies don't drop bones! And they sure don't drop nats!
  25. True, as I don't know his stats. If that's not the case, try some other minigames. Then again, it's all based on luck (the games) aren't they?
