I'm looking to raise summon to about 80ish, I have charms for 72 but I cba to waste my money on bursts for rock lobs and waterfiends are epic boring, so are there any close alternatives?

I suppose Dust devils are your only bet, for atleast decent crimsons, other than that I cant think of any...

Close? Not really. I'd suggest training slayer if you don't want to fight either of those. If you really want to dedicate yourself to charm getting, I suggest greater demons, nechryaels or dust devils. But they give a lot less charms compared to waterfiends and rock lobsters.

dust devils are no where as good as waterfiends but they are great xp and they are like 40-60 crims an hour i think. not to mention they drop d chain. if you plan on camping just take alch runes and around 5-10 bunyip pouchs and kill them in the chaos tunnles. take a few super atacks too just to speed it up a bit

Suck it up and kill them. They're not boring, you just think they are... ;)

 

 

 

Plus you'll make a huge amount of cash. (...somewhat)

If 80 slayer, nechreyaels are nice for crims.

harpie bugs are quick to kill, and drop crimsons gold and green charms quite commonly.

Really, there's nothing that comes even somewhat close. Your best bet is nechryael, or dust devils if you can't kill those. Black demons in the chaos tunnels are okay, but not great. Greater demons are a waste of time in my experience, judging from the times I've had them for slayer. If you want to do something unorthodox and tricky, skeletal wyverns drop TONS of them (two at a time), but are so difficult to kill that they aren't better than waterfiends. I keep meaning to get down there and try different things to see if I can work out a way to spend money to power kill them- might end up being another good alternative to rock lobsters like Dharoking waterfiends.
