A lot of pictures in the RuneHQ guides show a lot of people gathered doing the new quests. And I always thought I could find a bunch of TIFers in world 99 doing the new quests. I mean, even after one day, I could only find maybe 3 people max doing Meeting History. So, to the point of my question, which world usually has the most people doing the new quests at the same time? The pure and simple fact is EVERY proper quester and nearly EVERYONE who likes quests go and do it on the day of release.
