I'm sorry if i'm posting or asking about the fire cape too much... :?

 

anyways..i met a guy (who even has proof on a youtube vid), that he got a fire cape at only 63 ranged using 800 diamond (e) bolts the whole way. I watched the vid, and i have almost an exactly similar setup, except for he has a veracs helm and i only have a neitiznot helm. Now here my updated Setup:

1050 diamond (e) bolts ---> the whole way, not only for jad

2 range pots

 

10 Sara brews

 

16 Super restore pots

 

 

 

Could i do it this way at 69 ranged, 72 def, and only 53 prayer? :

Train your ranged to just one more level, you'll be able to swap your red d'hide with black.

 

 

 

Don't use diamond (e)'s the whole way, they're a waste of money. I did it at 74 with mith bolts, with 70 range and broad bolts you're fine.

 

 

 

Bring more range pots (3 of them, your range is low) and less brews, you wont ever use 10. 7 is a good amount.

 

 

 

Bring an amount of super restores equal to your brews, then fill the rest of your inventory with range pots. This saves you money.

i would say do what the poster above me said, get lvl 70 range....

 

use mithril bolts until you get to 2 lvl 360s then use diamond bolt(e)

 

i got mine a few weeks ago so it's all fresh..

 

just take like 7 brews and 16 super restores, 3 range pots and diamond bolt (e)

 

I only use about 500 mithril bolts from wave 1 to wave 62 but as you have a lower range lvl i think you will need 800 max!

so i should get 70 ranged, get some broad tipped bolts, and use them for the lower lvls

 

the reason im gonna use diamond e on 360's is because it took me centurys to take them out with broad and i think thats why i couldn't make it to the jad.... :?

Oh, no lol, I ment prayer pots. They do the same thing as super restores, restoring prayer, but cheaper.

 

You only need one restore per brew.

 

So, the inventory would be:

 

 

 

3 range pots

 

150 diamond (e)'s for the 360's and Jad

 

7 brews

 

7 restores

 

10 prayer potions.

As someone said, it's experience that'll get you the cape, not levels.

 

 

 

I've done the caves so many times, I could probably do at the 50 range. Though my first three tries I failed at 80 range. Just goes to show.

 

 

 

It'll probably take you two attempts, but you can do it at those stats. Just get 70 range for easy sailing.

use muggis guide but at 70 prayer he suggested way to many prayer pots

 

and use a crossbow not a crystal bow :roll:

 

also karils crossbow is awsome is you can pay for the bolts

 

my first try i used it but payed 3mil in bolts
