mm. Religiously. So religiously that I, for the first time in the life of this OS on my machine, managed to crash part of Windows, right after getting a security update. Oh, the irony...

I downloaded last night before I went to bed...no problems...yet :wink: . Yeah but if your hearing people are having problems with it, I would hold off until you hear what the problem is.

Ok..talked to the guy again and he's not having problems anymore..so, safe, I guess.

I've done the updates on Win98 machines - no problems

 

 

 

I've done the updates on WinXP (SP2) machines - no problems

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Most people who have problems with the updates, had problems before the updates :)

I still dont' have SP2...after hearing it was unstable I never wanted to get. Should I get it now? :oops:

The update was fine for me. No problems whatsoever.

Watch out for Dr Watson.... he's eeeevil... I couldn't browse files teh whole time i had sp2 installed -.-

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So I had to format my comp and install sp2 off the bat and nothing broke :o
