Are you talking about the TIF builder? because, as far as I know, there isnt one of runescape :? . If yo're talking about tif, i think this goes to website updates/corrections.

both normal(not [bleep]y) green and black dragonhide vambraces are also missing from the equipment builder

Did a major run through the items db today and these were fixed along with many others.
