September 5, 200817 yr Range is my least favorite skill, it sickens me to train. I think I might be doing it wrong or something because I get horrible xp per hour. Im lv 71 and would like to lv fast, money is not a factor. What type of arrows and where should I range? Also what should I wear? Thank you bunches!
September 5, 200817 yr Looking at your stats I'm assuming you're f2p. If you don't care about money, try killing flesh crawlers with addy arrows in World 1 or a full world. Use max range bonus and don't bother picking the arrows up. 2nd floor in the SOS, when you get on the 2nd floor, go west 2 rooms (maybe 3), and there will be a room with 2 flesh crawlers and some rats. September 5, 200817 yr Wear full green dragonhide, green dragon hide coif if you have it, normal coif if not, use a maple short bow, amulet of power or accuracy you can use any cape, leather boots. Addy arrows are obviously the best but you dont have to use them. I suggest training at maybe moss giants or even lesser demons. BOW DOWN TO KING SPORK

September 5, 200817 yr Well, I think you can get a bit higher with fancy boots. And you could also try ice giants. After the warriors are unarggo, they are pretty good xp/hr. September 6, 200817 yr When I was Ranging, I found that the Hill Giants on Crandor Island were very good monsters to train on, as you had a safe spot (There are in fact 3 there). If you wanted "AFK" training however, then I would suggest that you use the Flesh Crawlers, or possibly even the Giant Spiders. My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.

September 6, 200817 yr My classic ranging suggestion is if you have 44 pray, go to the blk knights fortress and find the altar on the second floor. In the room adjacent to it, you'll find two knights. Just recharge, pop on protect from melee and eagle eye, and you can range 'em up all day long without any food and with a nice +15% bonus. Something to fill my sig with until I find a replacement.Also check out my blug

That about sums it up. Prayer is out of the question, no prayer pots in F2P.
