I had always wondered how rare a split drop from a bandos minion was. Earlier in the trip we got another Godsword Shard 1 from the mager, but I thought this particular set of events was print screenable. Getting 2 out of the 3 dropping a split item made me wonder what those chances were. Unfortunately it was only more shards but I still thought it was a one off...

 

 

 

Has anyone else experianced a 'double drop' or even a bandos item from the minions?

 

 

 

I remember getting booted from a large clan (dang picky RSOF teams), and getting a shard 3 the next kill, as I leeched the mage (I made a 200k+ profit that trip while my team got nothing as a drop ;) ).. I've heard and seen the rate to be ~1/350, tested (although this can't always be true). I've also seen a team get a split for tassets off of Strongstack.

I saw back to back bandos hilts once from someone else, but this was many many months ago so I don't know where the pics are or even who it was that got them. Lol. >.

I saw some guy get tassets from a minion in world 6.

Shards aren't really rare.

I don't get what you're saying. But that's probably because I've never been to GWD with a team, it's always been solo.

Interesting with the other drops. I guess it may be more common than I thought (general drops). Maybe one day I will get a bandos armour piece :thumbsup:

It's rare but not technically a one-off, just good luck. Although it most likely won't happen to you again. ;)

I haven't gotten one of those, but i had Back-to-Back D axes before...

The majority of my drops have come from the minions.
