Godz of Destruction VS Clan Vindication

 

 

 

 

 

CV challenged us to a week prep matched opts war for our #7 Tip it mini warring rank, we accepted and the following rules were accepted and followed.

 

 

 

- Melee + Binds + 3 rangers

 

- Rings allowed

 

- Mid Bounds

 

- Matched opts

 

 

 

Startings;

 

 

 

There was abit of confusion, because Godz pulled 23 and CV pulled 20 before 1 of theres DC'D, so we went to the center of the arena after dropping then they said they had a few outside the arena who didn't make it, so we restarted, and the 3 who we dropped logged, so we restrarted and this time CV pulled 23 to our 20 because Celzar DC'D.

 

 

 

Godz Starting: Before Restart: 23, After Restart: 19 (20, but 1 DC'd) Our levels were mostly at around 112 CB, we have a few lower lvl 100's and 5 or 6 120's who cancelled each other out with the rest being around the 110 mark.

 

 

 

CV Starting: Before Restart: 19 (20, but 1 DC'D) After restart: 23 About the same average, a few in the low 100's but a solid block of red 117+ and about 7 or 8 120's.

 

 

 

^^ The actual fight ended to be a 19 vs 19.

 

 

 

FFS I can't find the starting opts Pic, hopfully one of you took one.

 

 

 

The fight was epic. CV Managed to 1 hit their first pile, Zdark while we got our first pile to about 15 HP before he regained himself and tanked us <_< We were downed by 1 kill, and CV then piled me, we stayed on our pile while our snipe team nailed a KO fight before we finished our mail pile and me dying, trining it up at 17-17. CV got a few kills and the fight continued with CV having a 1 man lead over us then us tying it up, then they getting a 1 man lead again for most of the fight. At 11-11 Oel our 120 DC'd making it 10 vs 11 for us, we stayed on our piles and with some great binding by rRed and Vamp we finished of our piles well, while Sanny Arsen and Fugo anti'd and sniped them well.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The fight came to a 7 vs 7 show down. At this point, both clans had equal levels, but we won because of the snipe teams awesome sniping who got there last remaining 7 (lowest level was 117, rest 120+) low or no food, and we just finished them off from there.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Godz Ending: 5

 

 

 

CV Ending: 0

 

 

 

The fight was very very fun, it was very close and intense, nice job to the snipe team for doing such an amazing job, and to Kenneth 24 on the amazing tanking who really allowed up to tie it up!

Good fight, Godz. It was a very intense battle and I'm looking forward to a rematch ;) If only we didn't have 3 people (120+ cb each) who lagged out :(

 

 

 

PS: We also had 2 members under 100 combat :P

There was confusion at the start of the war. GODZ pulled 23 to our 20 initially but we had a few members log in just as we were getting ready to accept challenge and the warlord didn't see them and they arrived a little late to start. However, one of their people DC'd as well as one of our leaders who was ranging and we agreed to restart since we both appeared to have 23 people. Then when we reentered, the roles were reversed. There was a DC on GODZ part as Vindication was getting down to 20. Then we had to drop one more. So we were 19v19 in the end afterall.

 

 

 

It was an epic battle between our two clans as have been all our fun battles in the past couple of years. Vindication got a quick KO and managed to stay 1-2 people up on GODZ until we lost Gamma173 (combat 123 and a ranger) and Y2J273 (combat 123 and warlord) and they lost a member to DC as well. The number of people had become even but a few of the Vindication members that were left were ones who were being attacked while the two who DC'd were still pretty full on food.

 

 

 

The war raged on and it was 5v5 then I was killed when their member jesus noticed that I wasn't healing and had only 6hp left. He and red_wizzzared both attacked me. Then it was 5v4 in GODZ favor. After a while longer, they got another kill and it was 5v3. Then it was 4v3 and then it dragged out for a bit before GODZ finally was able to claim victory with 4 people remaining.

 

 

 

It was a great battle and people were very honorable on both sides. As a clan member and staff representative of Vindication for the past two years, this goes down as one of our best overall challenges from start to finish. Hopefully, the next time we do battle it will be a more clean battle without the confusion in the beginning and the loss of members during the war.

 

 

 

Our two clans have pretty evenly split our wars for well over a year now and are evenly matched which is why they are a great adversary for Vindication.
