I am annoyed that Jagex has not provided us with a list of words, on what's offensive and what's not.

 

 

 

Why? Innocent people get reported for things that is not offensive at all.

Iv been banned 6 times, but, never for anything language related.

Um...no. Thanks for completely misunderstanding my post. I was saying that I've never been muted or gotten a blackmark because I haven't said anything stupid, referring more to the lady_shadie. No, I don't get annoyed with people over the interwebs, and the only people who resort to name calling and "get lost idiot" are the kiddies who need to learn to interact with others and show their displeasure in a more mature fashion. It's a game, you have the ignore function and the ability to move away, use it.

 

 

 

As for your "black or white, it doesn't matter cause it's all good", Jagex doles out tiny blackmarks for offensive language. How many blackmarks did you have before this offense? I find it highly unlikely Jagex gave you 10.0 blackmarks just for that. Going off of that phrase isn't enough, I doubt that was the only part of the evidence they presented.

Anything can be perceived as offensive. And a lot of people get innocently banned or black marked for stupid things that dont actual offend anybody. Jagex's current policy encourages whiners by enabling them to report others for just about anything. Reports should be considered invalid unless there are solid, clear, and precise reasons as to why something is offensive. If somebody makes racist, sexist, or highly offensive statements: report. Otherwise, players just need to learn how to use the ignore button, and deal with it. As of now, you could get banned for calling someone else a "poop", can you see how this enables whiny idiots? Basically means the idiot who was too stupid to deal with someone calling him a poop won - jagex enabled him. Offensive reports should basically only be for SERIOUS things.
