Save it all up for a rainy day.

Throwing 50p into a group of tramps. The entertainment value at watching them fight over it is priceless.

Confuse someone by sticking 5p to your forehead and then asking someone if they could loan you 5p.

Glueing 5p's to some string makes some excellent bling!

Play the OWCH game by throwing 5p directly up into the air in a crowded cinema.

Chucking 1p at a high window to attract attention.

Shock someone in a pub by using a 2p to make them think you're eating the glass, here's how:

1. You need a drink that has ice in it.

2. Conceal the 2p in your hand and arrange it so you can secretly snap it against the glass.

3. Take a drink but also drink a piece of ice, keep the ice in your mouth.

4. When someone looks at you, pretend to bite a piece out of the glass and at the same time snap the coin against it (CLINK).

5. Chew on the ice!

It's really effective especially in lower light and when people are a bit tipsy!

During high school, days I would stay after school i'd buy a soda from the teacher's lounge for $.65 and keep the change. That started around jr year, and i'd put those coins in one drawer of my desk. Occasionally i'd use some of that change for other things, but it built up. I had about $30 worth of coins from just that vending machine

I use those quarters now for my laundry (in college, hehe)
