September 29, 200817 yr If you can do it then mining addy. However, let's look at it really. It all depends on your level. However, coal is worth around 170 each and yews are worth around 447 each. September 29, 200817 yr Author Aren't that cool guy that made all the snowballs? 8-) :D Both levels are 1... Its for my pure, I was just picking flax or making bowstring, but I'm going to become F2P soon, and the stats are still good for pking in F2P I just need a way of making money. ~ Captainkidd
September 29, 200817 yr From a money perspective yews are more valuable. However I'm going to be different and say use coal as when you are level 60 its faster to collect coal then yews. Woodcutting does not raise your combat level because most people do not play as yew trees.

Err, but you could collect the yews value much faster than coals value. That's like four coal in the time it takes to chop one yew. And even then, woodcutting is slightly AFK'able.

Those are all decent ways to make some cash in F2P. On Topic: I would just recommend that you go with the Wood Cutting path. Mining is going to take much longer to achieve, and it is slower than Wood Cutting profit wise. My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.
