Veracs' price falling? Any suggestions?

I went to the GE on the runescape website and found that Verac's Set fell 7.4% in the last 30 days. Any suggestions why its falling?

Everything falls and drops all the time, there doesn't have to be some uber large event to force it to happen. Though 7% is relatively significant, so it's possible that a large group are buying it out for some profit. The smartest thing you can do is wait it out really, look at all the barrow items that crashed a month ago, they've all returned to their normal price from what I hear. Guthans right now is a bit of an iffy issue, many people believe it's outdated now, while it may not be true, majority rules when it comes to determining price.

Its an item not a stock. Stop acting so willy-nilly when they price goes up or down. If a few % either way bothers you sell it, because you cant afford it.

 

 

 

Think of it as a TOOL to make you money, you need armour in the field.

If you bought 10 sets of veracs I'd be concerned.

no one can tell, probably a mercher or merching clan lowered the price...

Veracs was a popular merchanting set. Now they cannot be merchanted as much there is more in stock so people are able to buy them.

 

 

 

Sounds a bit confusing so I will try to explain more in depth.

 

 

 

Previously a rich player could have a GE offer in for infinate Verac sets and/or parts of it. Therefore anything sold went to them, and no-one else could buy. Then when the price had risen enough they could mass sell for a huge profit.

 

 

 

Now they cannot have an offer in for that many so anything sold is more likely to go to other players. As one person isn't hording the gear the price is going to lower.

 

 

 

Same goes for all Barrow items sadly.
