October 7, 200817 yr So what do you guys think about the Re-Education (Through Labor) video? I personally think it's one of there best, maybe even the best. Shows great meaning. [bleep] the law, they can eat my dick that's word to Pimp
October 8, 200817 yr Author It's definetly my favorite video. Although I have to admit that my favorite song on the album is Hero of War Thanks to all those who have messaged me concerning a revamp of my Range-Slayer guide. Because of you all I will start rewriting it asap.[/color] Formerly RobinHoodie.
October 8, 200817 yr I'm seeing them play on the 11th and I still haven't heard their new CD. :P You can't ever find a place that's nice and peaceful, because there isn't any. You may think there is, but once you get there, when you're not looking, somebody'll sneak up and write "(bleep) you" right under your nose. Try it sometime. I think, even, if I ever die, and they stick me in a cemetery, and I have a tombstone and all, it'll say "Holden Caulfield" on it, and then what year I was born and what year I died, and then right under that it'll say "(bleep) you."
October 8, 200817 yr They've been one of my favorite bands for years. It's defintiely weird to see how popular they're become with mainstream. I've only heard a few songs off the new album. I won't comment yet on the music itself...I'd like to hear it all first. But, the quality of the recording and engineering is excellent as always, as this one was also recorded at Blasting Room, where all the best punk music is currently being done. The video was interesting, tho I'd say not as imressive as: If interested check out: 88 Finger Louie(Joe & Dan's former band) Baxter (Tim's former band)

We should euthanize anyone who lacks the capability to contribute to society in any way. Please don't elect this man for president in 2012
October 9, 200817 yr Aww, i was beat to posting a topic about it :( But its nice to see others listen to RA  Just bought the CD, almost got hit by a bus on the way there (okay, maybe im stretching it a little bit :^o ) But yeaa. Listening to it now, and I like what i hear : RA rocks. Edit: After listening to it a few times, some songs just seem to drag on, as in they sound like eachother >_> Most of them are mid-paced, while its not bad, I miss some of the old, angrier if you will, faster paced songs. But as of right now the songs that stick out to me the most are Kotov Syndrome, Savior, The Dirt Whispered, and some others i can't remember.. :-# [94/99 Ranged][87/99 HP][80/85 Def][70/70 Pray]
October 9, 200817 yr I picked it up last night, but have only given it a couple listens. A couple of songs didn't really make much of an impression, but I'm sure they'll grow on me with more listens. Several songs I liked immediately: The Dirt Whispered, Entertainment, and Savior (along with Collapse and Re-education, which I'd head many times already). Hero of War is good anti-war song...works very well as an acoustic song.
October 9, 200817 yr The album's great, I expected a bit more but it still rocks. Favorite songs: Re-Education, The Dirt Whispered, Hero of War and Saviour. :) Oh, and has anyone tried Generation Lost at a 'normal' speed? I was wondering it it sounded good that way, because the original is [bleep] in my opinion. :? [Click here to help stop World-Hunger.] ?
October 9, 200817 yr Oh, and has anyone tried Generation Lost at a 'normal' speed? I was wondering it it sounded good that way, because the original is [bleep] in my opinion. :? ack...that's probably my 2nd favorite behind State of the Union, well maybe Alive and Well, To the Core, Stained Glass and Marble, Faint Resemblance, Heaven Knows...LOL. Wait there seems to be a pattern here...my favs are all the fastest :)
October 13, 200817 yr Rise agaisnt has too be one of my favorite bands. I love the meanings in the songs, and the lyrics. Oddly enough, my favorite song by them is "swing life away"
