Leoo
My computer crashed while I was playing WoW and when I started it up the blue screen came up, I didn't read what is was doing as it disappeared. Now my windows looks like a Windows 98 (even the starting menu). I have tried changing my appearance & themes, and it only has the classic options. Please help :|

Leoo
I don't have a clue, maybe. How can I get to the 'safe mode' options?
thrash-boy
I don't have a clue, maybe. How can I get to the 'safe mode' options? if you are it will have "safe mode" written across the top and bottom of the screen, and you most likely wouldn't be able to use any network (which means you wouldnt have internet access) unless it was booting to safe mode with networking. have a better look around the themes thing
Dracion1
When you say theme selection doesn't work what actually happens? Do the Windows XP themes not appear when you go Right click (desktop > Properties > Appearances > Windows and Buttons > Windows XP style; or can you not even get that far? Leoo
I can get that far, but it only has Windows Classic Style. My start-up screen (with the list of accounts) changed as well.

obfuscator
You could always try reformatting if you are really stuck :s "It's not a rest for me, it's a rest for the weights." - Dom Mazzetti
sloter
You could always try reformatting if you are really stuck :s Agreed! As i always say instead of sitting here not getting anywhere you could have reinstalled your OS by now.
The Observer
Hmm, try reinstalling your drivers, maybe that could help.
