Hello there. I'm new to this forum and to this game. A friend told me about this game and this forum so I decided to just join both.

 

 

 

I started playing this game maybe an hour or two ago and I noticed that some people were recruiting others into clans. I was wondering, is there any way that a newcomer such as myself can join any of these clans? Do you know of any clans that do so? Thanks a bunch.

You could get members and stay on w99, meet a few people on the local clan chats, but not really join its a community.

 

Place our forum minigames like the snipping thread, introduce yourself, make a blog and such.

 

Seeing that you already have your friend that refer and may help start you out.

Welcome to Runescape and Tip.it. I'd suggest you look through the many guides on tip.it's main site so you get a feel for what you're doing. Also, if you want to meet people from tip.it in-game you could go to "forsakenmage" or "evil mumm ra" clan chat. Both are full of people who will most likely be able to help you out.

Most people dont like new players in their clan, but you can join em later. As others have said, join forsakenmage or evil mumm ra chat to meet some good people. You could also add me, my Username is the same as my forum name.

Clan recruitment is done either ingame or on the RuneScape Official Forums. You'll need a members account to post on the RSOF, but you can still read and search for the posts without membership. You should find a subforum called "Clan Recruitment". Surf the threads until you find a suitable clan for you. You might notice that after the clan name, there'll be a number and a plus symbol like "100+". That means you have to be level 100 or higher in combat to be accepted. Generally when you first start, you'd want to train your skills before joining a clan; mostly because the events that a clan engages in requires somewhat of a high skill level.

 

 

 

For friends, you could join the clan chats of a RuneScape fansites like Tip.It (Forsakenmage, Draynor Chat) or of ingame communities (Chill Chat, Omg). Check the RuneScape knowledge base about information for how to use the ingame interfaces and clan chat.

 

 

 

For help about starting out in RuneScape, check out Tip.It's Beginner's Guide. It'll give you a lot of tips and pointers on what to do, train, and how to do those things in RuneScape. If you have any questions, just PM me on the forums or join my clan chat. Hope you enjoy the game!

oh yeah. u can start over and make a new account if necessary. make sure u choose a good username. it will be with u forever. pick something original. picking something like zezima51361 isnt very creative. original names ftw.
