Pures of Today

"I'll start playing again if they put the wild back." said one of my friends as he quit RS a few months ago.

 

 

 

As I spoke with him yesterday mourning I told him about the new PvP which was almost similar to the wild we had. After a few hours of watching, he decided to start playing again.

 

 

 

He asks me if I could give him a few GP's for pking material well beyond the trade limit.

 

 

 

So, do you think that today's pures are much more self sufficient as opposed to those used a few years ago where the main basically supplied most of their pking gear?

In a way, they are somewhat forced to be, however trading money between accounts is still possible, much more so now with PvP, I'm sure many pures will have the disadvatnage as before, from having rich mains :D

Either they'll become self sufficient or they'll have to have REALLY good connections with friends of varying levels. :anxious:

 

 

 

I just made a pure named Dorelei and realized, "Oh crap. I need money. Uhm. Okay, lets do some jobs. Crap, this requires me to train skills...I have no money for arrows...argh!" etc

 

 

 

So now I'm working on getting skills like fishing and cooking at a high enough level for lobster while saving up the money for arrows. :/

 

 

 

Periodically I might bum some cash off my friends. 5k goes a long way when you've got nothing to begin with XD.

OT: pures are only gonna be useful in places like Lumbridge, the impures are taking over the other pking areas now ;)
