Vulxai
After about level 73 mage, what's a good way to level up mage? I'm looking for a happy medium way, not over the top expensive and takes a short time, but not a very low cost but takes forever kind of method. I'm looking for something that I can spend some, and take a decent amount of time. The more methods, the merrier. EDIT: Oh yes, and preferably something that isn't too terribly boring. ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~
sordsman1234
this might take a long time, but you could try superheating mith bars.(buying all supplies) you lose 70 coins each time, but u get smithing and magic xp. This was how i got my mage up. If you dont wanna lose that much, wait for coal prices+ mith ore prices to go down, or mith bar to go up.

sordsman1234
after u do lunar diplomacy, buy empty vials, astral runes, and fire runes then cast humidify on the vials. You get 65 xp per inventory and around 200 coins profit each inventory. However, i wouldnt do this, quite slow

Around 1 hour or a little bit less if you're concentrated. Ok, thanks, that means it'll take about 41.1 hours to get to 85 mage superheating. Still open for suggestions. ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~
Cptbaker08
you could also try making your gems in bracelets, or the best piece of jewlery you can make, enchant those then high alch those. I don't really make money constantly, I do it when I need it, otherwise I'm usually just doing some skilling, making some gp here and there, and relying on MTK, but for training mage, I'm willing to do some moneymaking, so I'd have to see what I can do and the gp/hr rates. I'd could probably go green drag killing, mining coal/iron, slaying, and runecrafting, neither of which I'm sure of the gp/rates. If needed, I could look for better money making techniques. ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~

Alternatively you could go to the mining guild and mine the coal and mith, super heat, mine, super heat and bank. Everything would be a profit and you could even make mith knives for ranging aviansies. Pure profit.
