Your best bet would be alching. Doesnt lose to much cash too.

I believe the spell 'stun' gives the most xp per spell (other then charge) for the normal spellbook. If you don't want something that requires so much clicking, then the obvious answer is a combat spell, you could cast claws of guthix with void mace on whatever or burst/barrage rock lobsters for mage+charms.

Barrage/burst rock lobsters. You could do it at other places and get slightly higher xp, but the charms at rock lobsters are just too good to ignore.

That's ice burst, yes. Barraging would indeed be faster, but you would you know :P

This. However, it would be worth a slight loss of speed to do it on rock lobsters just for the charms.
