Camping at dusties

1) Is it worth it to camp at dusties for crimsons? Keep in mind my levels. I'm looking to do it rather quickly, and would prefer NOT to do it through slayer. I have Guthan's, so I'm assuming it's best to use it.

 

 

 

2) About how long would it take to get about 2k crimsons?

 

 

 

3) Which dusties drop the most, chaos tunnels or in the smokey dungeon (and I'm assuming to use b2p if in smokey dungeon)?

You're gonna have a hard time with them if you try to use Guthans.

It's just for healing, I forgot to add that in. I have a whip and rune defender (or obby shield, if needed).

i dont know about how long it will take u to kill them but always use chaos tunnels, it gives more charms and is closer to bank

For your levels they're decent, but you would be better off training slayer until you get your melees around 80/85, then camp at fiends for the crimssons.

Yeah, the facemask is needed for the dust devils, not just the well. If you attack one without it they will lower your stats ridiculously like abberants or banshees.

Xp wise Yes Charms wise yes Drop wise NO Guthans is nice but u gotta be quick to recive its bonus and if u lagout u can die from the smoke i dont suggest this

Wow, that is quite a bit better. I guess I'll be raising my stats and going to fiends for my crims.

You would be fine at 75 melees. You'll want 70 Range for Karil's and 70 mage for defense. Get a Zamorakian Spear, as it's cheap.

Ok, I have 68 range, so I'll raise that, and I have 73 mage (I think I'll raise it to 75 just to make it a round number), and my melee stats are 77's, so I'll make those 80's because I like round numbers.

1. Guthans is a no-no as soon as you take off your facemask/slayer helm your stats get drained. Use bones to peaches.

 

2. I get roughly 60 crimsons per task of 150 so thats a drop rate of approx 1/3. That means you'd need to kill about 6k dust devils. Dependant on your stats and gear you'd need to work it out.
