3poopmaster
about how long does it take to mine a rune rock at 85 mining? If you could, tell me the fastest, the slowest, and the average time it takes to get 1 rune rock at lvl 85. My friend said you can get 100 in 3 hours but i dont think thats true at all
Inuashakent
It's not the mining time, it's the time spent looking for ores. [Summoning guide (AOW)] [Slayer guide] [Melee & Brawl player]

Inuashakent
Eh, around 20 seconds from watching YouTube videos. No personal experience, though. [Summoning guide (AOW)] [Slayer guide] [Melee & Brawl player]
basiliko
Back then I once watched a guy with 90lvl spent about 1-3 minutes (didnt time it) to get a runite. The Haraguroi Club: Where Yandere Thrive for Chopping

Eddo89
I have just mined 40 runite ores, nice profits, but some is exaggeration. A world switch takes 35 seconds. Thats the fastest you can go because of world switch delay. There is not set time for mining a runite ore. Most of what I mine is done in 20 seconds or less, with the occasional stubborn ones that can last 2 minutes. So no one can answer how long it takes, unless they calculated the median. The mining of ore is indeed the easy part. Templar GuardiansWhen are trying to lend something, the word to use is borrow. Not barrows, which is a mini-game. Italian5kamikaze
It depends on how many people are on the world. The more people the faster it respawns. Quit. PM me if you play The Conduit to exchange friend codes.

cat666
I hear the best place to mine rune is near the Dark Beasts. The level/quest requirements are high so it isn't often used, most people who mine rune ore don't have access. Those that can and do have access usually have better ways to make cash. Zaaps1
Anywhere from 2 seconds to 45 in my experience. Also, it is absolutely possible to get 100 in 3 hours, I can get 42 in 1 hour. ~It's Super Effective! druminfreak22
Rune ore takes about 30 minutes to respawn, it can take 2 seconds to 2 minutes to mine 1 ore, and whether you can mine 100 in 3 hours depends on the time of day but most of the time yes. Any other questions, pm me at druminfreak2 or meet me in the hero's guild at the rune rocks :P

Kaida23
Runite is like every other high level ore. Sometimes it takes two hits, sometimes it takes two minutes. Most of the time is consumed jumping worlds looking for ores. If you're going to do it for any length of time, I'd recommend making a scout so that you can jump worlds twice as fast. 100 in 3 hours is possible, but you have to be pretty lucky on the spawns. I did nothing but mine Runite last weekend, and averaged about one load every hour. Check out my blog to read the Adventures of a Big Damn (F2P) Hero. warrior5024
At a single ore location, I tend to get 30-40 ores per hour, sometimes a bit more. So, Lone Star, now you see that evil will always triumph because good is dumb.
