Yeah, I can't seem to close it either. Logged in and out, changed worlds, tried a chat dialog with an NPC, opened my bank.. It's just there on top, or after the chat dialog is finished. HALP? Second day of this, reported to Jagex but they probably are too lazy or doing things that aren't helpful.

Thats weird. Go to the GE and go look up an item. That might unfreeze it. I find when test boxes are frozen, its best to recreate the text box, and see if the game atches up.

Go to f2p world, use low detail and look up an item (or try PM a friend), this should help ;).

Changing details sounds like it would help, it would redraw the interfaces.

Doubt you still have trouble with it but, if they haven't fixed it yet and someone else has trouble with it. Well then you should just search for an item click on it and the box should be gone, at least that's what worked for me.

Killing yourself should end it too. Id like to know how the person solved it.
