November 5, 200817 yr Dwarven Helm -> Neitiznot Helm Karil's top -> Black d'hide top Karil's skirt -> Black d'hide legs Amulet of fury -> God stole -> Unholy symbol Dragon Boots Zamorakian spear/Saradomin sword (really up to you) -> Godsword -> Torag's Hammers Fire Cape -> Trimmed skill cape -> God Cloak Berserker Ring -> Lumbridge ring -> Ring of life The restore pots can be replaced by super strengths if you choose not to take a DBA (but it's cheaper to take one, spec, drink a restore pot, then super attack) Monkfish can be replaced by sharks / pineapple pizzas / whatever. Personally, I have killed waterfiends with both, and I got more kills with the Saradomin sword. Maybe I was lucky, maybe not.

You shouldn't need any food if you're in karils and using range protect prayer.
