Dragon scimitar is a good weapon to train strength. If your going for money, green dragons arent a bad way to get both but fast exp lies within the Daggonaths. Thats where i train my combat stats, snapdragon seeds make me money and clues are always a good break from training  .

An obsidian sword with a zerker necklace(enchanted obsidian necklace) is actually better than a d scim unless you are fighting monsters with high defence. Those types of monsters are not for training on anyway, so yeah. Berzerker necklace and obsidian sword, get it.

The quest points in the stat pic above this message is wrong, disregard it.

Death is quite right. Anyone training a stat would most likely train on lower-defence monsters who dont fight back much. These can, and probably do include

Yaks

Rock Crabs - highish defence but easy to hit anyway

Experiments

Lighthouse Dagganoths.

Many others work.

I dont need a siggy no moar.

If you are new, I will assume you have done the most basic quests for some dragon weapons.

Helm- Rune full helm

Weapon- Dragon longsword/Dragon scimitar

Top- Rune plate

Bottom- Rune legs

Shield- Rune kite/ any defender after mithril

Boots - Rune boots/ Dragon boots <- recommended to get dragon boots

Glove - Combat bracelet

Cape - Any cape, or obsidian cape.

Amulet - Glory or Strength <- Recommended to get glory, for teleport and attack bonus.

Shouldn't cost more than 1.5m.

OR, you can buy full rune, a whip and go kill green dragons for more money, then buy a sara sword.

In2, I dont think Dh'ing at what is supposedly his level is a great idea.

And possibly cant afford an ss, or afford to rent it - possibly the obsidian weapon/berserker necklace combo is best..? No quest required.

I dont need a siggy no moar.

I'm pretty sure that torags offers the best defence bonus and it's the cheapest melee barrows armor.

WRONG!

Dharok's Platebody and Platelegs are both the same stats as Torag's Platebody and Legs. Guthan's body is also equal to Torag's. Verac's Skirt is roughly equal to Torag's legs. And Guthan's, Torag's, and Verac's helms are all pretty much equal.

So, making no sacrifice of defense at all this is the msot cost effective choice of barrows melee equipment:

Torag's Helm (if you can stand the fugliness)

Dharok's Plate

Dharok's Legs

However, the Best possible bonuses are more expensive (this setup has some large prayer bonuses thrown in):

Verac's Helm

Dharok's Plate

Verac's Skirt

My personal favorite setup is the first, except using Guthan's awesome helmet.

OH S***! He/she/it is back!
