Hasaple2
Why are these popular? Are they low in cost, easy to get, hit well, or a combinaton? Edit: I have gotten all the information I need, thanks for answering my questions Don't ask me for what I do for fun.Anyways, what I do for fun (besides RS) is to tear up assignments I get and then try to re-create them. It's so much fun =D.(I also like differrent things.(and purple ))
Vulxai
They're cheap and hit pretty good. ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~
CampbellMC
All of the above. They are as powerful as addy bolts, but cost less than a third of the price. You can get tons off ge, no problem.
RayOxide
They are ~59gp each, hit as much as mithril bolts (~73gp ea) just slightly less often Apparently* I dont need a siggy no moar.
Kellis
Not to hijack the conversation, but are there any required levels (slayer? hunter?) needed to use them?

They hit as hard as addy, but about as accurate as mith.
RayOxide
^ I find it hard to believe they hit as high as addy. I hit the same with mith, and my max so far is the same with both. And I'm sure addy would hit 1-2 higher. :? I dont need a siggy no moar.

RayOxide
76 range I hit 22 with mith and broad. Or, atleast before broad bolts came out I hit that with mith. Who knows.. Creepy. :? :P I dont need a siggy no moar.
Hasaple2
Ah, I see. They hit high, cheaper than mith, addy, and apparently cheap. Another question, also about the bolts. According to tip.it, you are able to fletch them. What materials do you need to fletch them? Don't ask me for what I do for fun.Anyways, what I do for fun (besides RS) is to tear up assignments I get and then try to re-create them. ilovecardj
If you buy the fletch ability from slayer points, you can fletch them along with broad arrows takes a feather and unfinisshed broad bolt (50 gp from slayer masters, cheaper on ge) Dragon Drops: 80+ boots, 7 med, 3 skirt, 2 left half, 2 Spear, 2 2hSlayer: 30+ whips, 4 Bows, 1 Mask, 3 Granite Legs, 1 Visage (Wyverns)Notable GWD Splits: Bandos Tassets: 12, Bandos Chest: 11, Bandos Hilt: 2Proud Slayer of 99 Att/Str/Def/HP/Range/Summoning
Fairness
You need to buy the knowledge from a slayer master, then buy unfinished bolt/arrow tips from the slayer master (I think) and fletch them simply from headless arrows/bolts. You're being watched.
