You can't open certain file extensions on mac enabled systems like iPod touch, this obviously includes files like .exe, .xls, and anything designed for Windows platforms. The closest you can come is downloading Filejuicer for Mac OS which can scan windows files for any images, flash games, etc.. Including executables.
