November 16, 200817 yr I walked down to the pond today, in hopes of getting some duck photos. When I got to the pond, there wasn't a single animal in sight :( Feeling pretty disappointed, I started taking pictures of some nearby flowers: After about 5 shots, I saw something moving out of the corner of my eye. Thinking it was just a person walking to the pool, I kept taking pictures. The object kept moving, but didn't seem to be getting that much closer so I finally decided to check it out... it was my ducky!! This little guy turned out to be such a wonderful subject. He kept getting too close to me, to the point where I couldn't fit his whole head in the frame, so I kept having to back up. Finally, I ended up sitting down to snap some pictures, and he walked right over and started inspecting/pecking at my shoe, looking for food :D He was as real cutie. November 17, 200817 yr Good perspective on most of them (I can't really say anything constructive on this point) but the duck looks stuffed which gives me the creeps.
November 18, 200817 yr I love the pictures! #4 is my favorite. I'm a big fan of ducks, and elephants I used to draw them back in high school art class. Brings back memories.
