now i am a total noob when it comes to crafting. i never really cared for the skill as a f2per and u didnt like it. and if i dont like it then why train? so this is basically why i need help. I want to get my crafting from 1 to 40 so i can access their guild where i can make my profits mining gold. hopefully ill also have a newer appreciation for this skill... so post away!

Kill cows for their hides, tan them, and then craft the highest leather armour you can.

 

 

 

Best for the lower levels as it is very cheap and fairly fast.

Well unfortunately, the free and relatively efficient bowls method can only done once you're actually in the guild, but until then, I suggest hides like everyone else.

Yer, hides. If you want to train mining as well go to al kharid mines and do silver, it's surprisingly slow though.

gold ammys (u) once you can epic xp for actually turning a profit with f2p craft (oxymoron plox) anyways i did 52-60 off it and that was like 5k so ull only need to do bout 1-1.2k btw dont string them

Mine clay, Sell for Soft clay, make bowls.

Killing Cows & Tanning their hides. Or you could just buy the hides if the amount you need is within your budget.

Cow hides. The clay tip above is really only useful for the first ten levels or so, after that the experience rate gets below that of hides.

kk where is the best place to obtain hides and where is the best place to tan them?

Gold rings are worth more than gold bars.

 

 

 

Gold bar--180 gp

 

Gold amulet (strung or unstrung)--210 gp

 

Gold ring--210 gp

 

Gold necklace--270gp.

not alot of choice for place for hides.. prob try lumbridge though it gets really crowded at times. you can either bank it all in lumbridge first, then get them tanned, or tan them every trip at al kharid and store it at the bank down there.
